Western & IP Cell Lysis Buffer

Cell Llysis buffer for Western and IP without inhibitors is a lysis buffer for preparing protein samples by lysing cells or tissue samples under native conditions. The cell or tissue samples lysed by this cell lysate can be used for PAGE, Western, immunoprecipitation (IP), co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP) and ELISA. Add specific inhibitors by yourself or add no inhibitors. The main components of the product are Tris-cl, NaCl, Triton X-100, and do not contain protease, phosphatase and other inhibitors. In the case of adding protease inhibitors, the original protein-protein interaction can be effectively maintained.
