Trypsin w/o Phenol Red [0.25%] (sterile)
In cell culture the commonly used digestive juice is Trypsin, as it hydrolyze the proteins between the cells (such as extracelluLar matrix), to disperse tissue or adherent cells into single cells, and to make cell suspensions for further experiments.
Our Trypsin solutions are soluble in the calcium-free magnesium balanced salt solution, and can be directly used for culturing cells and tissues by filtration. This product has the characteristics of convenient, fast, stable and safe, and good cell status. Most adherent cells can be digested by digestion at room temperature for about 2 minutes.
