Total Protein Extraction Kit

Total Protein extraction kit is designed to extract total protein from tissues and cells for the SDS-PAGE analysis. The kit is suitable for animal, plant, yeast, bacteria, and other biological samples. The lysis solution contains protease inhibitor and phosphatase inhibitor, which could be used to obtain the total protein quickly. The kit is ideal for the Western blot experiments and other basic researches; it is not recommended for the protein kinase and phosphokinase.
