REAL-Prep™ Endotoxin-Free Plasmid DNA Isolation Mini Kit

REAL-Prep™ Endotoxin-Free Plasmid DNA Isolation Mini kit is designed to lysis the cell by alkali pyrolysis, then to specifically adsorb DNA using a centrifugal adsorption column in the state of high-salt. Endotoxin scavenging agent can efficiently clean out endotoxin from the plasmid solution. Purified plasmid contains endotoxin less than 0.1EU/ug. The silicon matrix of centrifugal adsorption column can efficiently and exclusively adsorb DNA and exclude the protein of impurities and other organic compound. 5–15ug pure and high copies of plasmid DNA can be fast extracted from 1-5ml LB (Luria-Bertani), and the extraction rates peek to 85–90 %.

The Endotoxin-Free Plasmid DNA could be used for a broad range of routine application, including enzyme digestion, PCR, library construction, Southern Blotting etc.
