REAL-Detect Infectious spleen and kidney necrosis virus (ISKNV) qPCR kit applies qualitative fluorescence PCR method for pathogen detection. The kit is supplied with reaction mix, positive control, negative control and re-dissolved diluent. The components supplied in the kit are in lyophilized format (stable at 25-30°C for 2 weeks).
