Rat Cytochrome P450 7B1 (CYP7B1) Rapid ELISA kit

This Rapid ELISA kit applies Sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique for the quantitative detection. The micro ELISAplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific toRat CYP7B1. Samples (or Standards) are added to the micro ELISA platewells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylateddetection antibody specific for Rat CYP7B1 and Avidin-HorseradishPeroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro platewell and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substratesolution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat CYP7B1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear bluein color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition ofstop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) ismeasured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm. The ODvalue is proportional to the concentration of Rat CYP7B1. You cancalculate the concentration of Rat CYP7B1 in the samples by comparingthe OD of the samples to the standard curve.
