The term “Research Purposes” means scientific research programs directly under the user’s control, which are specifically directed to the purposes of internal research and not for any Commercial Purpose. The purchase and/or use of these products convey to the user the non-transferable right to use the products and the components of the products in research conducted by the user. The user will not reformulate the Products and shall not sell or otherwise transfer these products, their components, or materials made therefrom to any third party.

Real-Gene Labs warrants that its products will conform to the standards stated in its product specification sheets in effect at the time of shipment when used as directed. This warranty limits the liability of Real-Gene Labs to only the replacement of the product. The stated express warranties and the remedy provided for breach thereof are in lieu of all other liability or obligations of Real-Gene Labs for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the delivery, use, performance, or the inability to use any of its products. In no events Real-Gene Labs be liable under any legal theory (including but not limited to contract, negligence, strict liability in tort, or warranty of any kind) for any indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages (including but not limited to lost profits). Without limiting the effect of the preceding sentence, the maximum liability, if any, of Real-Gene Labs, shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the buyer/user. The use of the product by the user constitutes the user’s understanding of an agreement with the terms of this limited warranty and limited liability policy.

Real-Gene Labs accept the replacement within 30 days on the delivery of the product. The replacement is considered if the products do not perform as described on the datasheet associated with the product. The customers should provide the details of the relevant protocol used; we will examine the details provided by the customer protocol to determine whether the problem is protocol related or product related. For protocol-related problems, our experts will provide reasonable independent advice within the stipulated time.  Any damaged or defective product or any missing items or its parts which are not according to, as ordered, the replacement or the replenishment item will be provided at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you. If the originally ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you.
For any other reasons, we do not bear the cost of replacement. To request a replacement, contact our authorized the distributor in your territory or you may contact us directly via E-mail. Please do mention the order information including lot number, date of purchase, copy of the invoice along with the shipping address and the telephone number, so we can better assist you with your request.
