Composition: Penicillin (10kU/mL), Streptomycin (10mg/mL); 0.9% NaCl or PBS buffer.
The 100x concentrated antibiotic solution can be added directly in a ratio of 5mL per 500mL, or 10mL per 1L of the cell culture medium; after the preparation is completed then filter and sterilized.
