PAGE-Gel Preparation kit

PAGE-Gel preparation kit is optimized according to the classical method. This kit provides all the reagents needed to prepare SDS-PAGE gels. Users only need to prepare gel equipment and distilled water to prepare PAGE gels. This kit can prepare SDS-PAGE gel (polyacrylamide gel) with different specifications and different degrees of polymerization.

Kit components:
1. Acrylamide/Bisacrylamide [30%; 29:1]: 1 x 100mL / 2 x 100mL
2. Tris [1.5 mol/L; pH8.8]: 1 x 100mL / 2 x 100mL
3. Tris [1.0 mol/L; pH6.8]: 30mL / 60mL
4. SDS [10%]: 5mL / 10mL
5. PAGE gel coagulant: 1g / 2g
6. PAGE gel coagulant: 0.8mL / 1.5mL
