Non-Essential Amino Acid (NEAA) [100x] (sterile)

All media formuLations contain the ten essential amino acids as well as cysteine, glutamine, and tyrosine. The inclusion of the other nonessential amino acids - alanine, asparagines, aspartic acid, glycine, glutamic acid, proline, and serine - in some media formuLations reduces the metabolic burden on the cells allowing for an increase in celluLar proliferation. 10mM Non-essential amino acids is prepared as a sterile 10x stock solution, that is aseptically added to the medium for a final concentration of 0.1 mM each.

The product is supplied as 100x concentration and shouLd be diluted as per the experimental requirements.
