MIF-1 Tyr
Tyr-MIF-I is an endogenous brain peptide with antiopiate activity. Interactions with non-opiate systems (mainly the dopaminergic and GABAergic system) and the effect on the gastrointestinal myoelectric activity were reported. Originally, this compound was synthesized to develop a radioimmunoassay for MIF-I.
