Lymphocyte Separation Medium [1.090] is a ready-to-use, sterile density gradient media. The medium constitute a mixture of Ficoll 400 and sodium diatrizoate, adjusted to a density of 1.090g/mL. The medium facilitates high yield isolation of higher density cells with >80% recovery.
