Kinetensin

Kinetensin, a biologically active neurotensin-related peptide, has been obtained by pepsin treatment of human, bovine and dog plasma albumins. Its structure is similar to neurotensin and angiotensin I. Kinetensin increases vascular permeability when injected intradermally into rats and releases histamine from rat mast cells in vitro.
