Fibronectin CS-1 Peptide

EILDVPST represents a C-terminal fragment of the connecting segment 1 (CS-1) of human fibronectin. CS-1 is a cell attachment domain located in the type III homology connecting segment (IIICS) of fibronectin. This CS-1 fragment contains the Leu-Asp-Val (LDV) motif recognized as a cell adhesion motif which binds to the integrin receptor ???? of melanoma cells and T lymphocytes.
