Eosinophil stain kit (sirius red method)

Eosinophils are one of the components of inflammatory cells and play a role in allergic diseases. The eosinophil cytoplasm contains secondary granules, which mainly contain basic proteins such as eosinophil cations, eosinophil-derived neurotoxins, eosinophil peroxidase, etc., which can be stained with acid dyes.

Eosinophil stain (sirius red method) consists of hematoxylin stain, rinse solution and sirius red stain. After staining, the cytoplasm of eosinophils is red and the nucleus is blue. Compared with other eosinophil stain solutions, the color is stronger, the contrast is clearer, and the relative staining time is longer.
