ELISA Coating Buffer [1x]

Ready-to-use working solution with pH9.6, is applied to coat the antigen or antibody of the ELISA plate. While using, take an appropriate amount of coating buffer to dilute the antigen or antibody solution to the corresponding coating concentration, add 100uL to each reaction well of the ELISA plate, and coat overnight at 4°C.
