Elastic Fiber stain kit (victoria blue method)

Commonly used elastic fiber staining methods include the Gomori aldehyde fuchsin method, the resorcinol basic fuchsin method, the lichen red method, the Victoria blue method, the iron iodine hematoxylin method, etc. Victoria blue is a benzylmethane dye that can display elastic fibers and hepatitis B surface antigen. It is not easy to over-stain and is not easy to fade after staining.

The victoria blue elastic fiber stain is a modification of the Tanake Victoria blue method. It is suitable for displaying elastic fibers and hepatitis B surface antigen.
