Clarke's Fixative

Clarke's fixative is a precipitation-type fixative that has a better histological morphology for HE staining after fixation. Its advantage is that it can protect nucleic acid, and its disadvantages are easy to remove oil, so it is not suitable for fat staining fixation;and suitable for short-term fixation.
