Antibody Diluent (ordinary)

This antibody diluent is suitable for the dilution of ordinary antibodies, can prevent the antibody titer from falling, and reduce the non-specific adsorption of antibodies.

According to the recommended titer of the antibody (or personal optimization conditions), add an appropriate amount of antibody to the antibody diluent. For example, when the titer is 1:100, 10uL of antibody can be added to 1mL of antibody diluent, and it can be used after mixing thoroughly. The diluted antibody can be stored for a short time at 2-8°C, but the titer of the antibody will decrease over time.

Note: if the antibody needs to be recovered and reused, it is recommended to perform the antibody binding reaction at 2-8°C to slow down the decay rate of the antibody titer.
