Agarose 6B

Size exclusion chromatography (SEC) or gel filtrationis used to separate a wide range of molecules according to size, including proteins (enzymes), polysaccharides and nucleic acids. The gel filtration matrix formed from agarose beads that are available with 4% or 6% agarose and 4% or 6% cross-linked agarose content.

The Agarose 6B matrix is based on 6% agarose.
