5x Tris-Glycine Buffer (powder)

Tris-Glycine Gel Running Buffer is used in protein denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis experiments (SDS-PAGE). This product is prepared according to conventional methods and is a premixed powder of Tris-Glycine electrophoresis buffer in 5x concentrtation, which is easy to store and easy to operate. The components of 5x Tris-Glycine running buffer are 125mM Tris; 1.25M Glycine; 0.5% (W/V) SDS.
