2x Tris-Tricine Loading Buffer with DTT

Tris-Tricine Loading Buffer is used for loading low molecular weight proteins and peptides for SDS-PAGE analysis on polyacrylamide gels. The buffer contains Tis, Glycerol, SDS, Coomassie Blue G250 with DTT in recommended concentrations.

The Loading buffer is supplied in 2x contcentrate and should be diluted prior to use in electrophoresis.
