1x Tris-Glycine Buffer (powder)

Tris-Glycine Buffer is used in protein denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis experiments (SDS-PAGE). This product is prepared according to conventional methods and is a premixed powder of Tris glycine ready-to-use electrophoresis buffer, which is easy to store and easy to operate. The components of 1x Tris-Glycine running buffer are 25mM Tris; 250mM Glycine; 0.1% (W/V) SDS.
